Second Wind Nasal Strips

The Second Wind Nasal Strip not just helped me with my sleep, but it helped me with how I function on an everyday basis. I’ve used it when swimming/working out and couldn’t ask for a better result! By far one of the best nasal strips I’ve used.

I wear my nasal strip every time I ride and I’ve noticed such a big difference when I’m riding and when I’m doing a hard interval workout, I can actually breathe! What I love about these nasal strips is they actually stay on my nose. I’ve tried a lot of brands and once I start sweating, they just come off. Love this brand!

I love it but unfortunately I have had to go through a few for it to work because the tape doesn’t always stick correctly. The nose piece is also a little wide for me
