Ordered replacement charge cord for battery, but ordered wrong model. Customer service made arrangements to send correct cord and I only had to pay $20 for shipping. You guys go above and beyond!!! LOVE MY EBIKE!

Only used it twice so far, but it seems to charge much faster the the original.
