Terra Verde Extra Olive Oil

Hojiblanca, Millers Blend and Stella Rosa have always been my go to Olive Oils. On my last order I tried the Terra Verde! I love it. The smell is nice enough to be a floral bouquet sitting on my dining room table. All of Texas Hill Country Olive Oils are so good, I really have not found one that I didn’t like. My family stays on a real low carbohydrate diet so I have been drizzling the Terra Verde on our morning avocados. It is yummy. Would like to know if anyone else has any tricks on enjoying this wonderful oil in their foods without extra carbs. Their balsamic vinegars are also very good. My favorite balsamic vinegar is the barrel-aged white.
