Almost perfect chair for low cost

I've had this chair for almost a month now. Box arrived damaged and based on how items were in it would assume things shifted while they were carrying it. Everything but the instructions were accounted for and those were easily found online. After a month I can say the seat and back are great but the arm rests annoy me. While the up\down lock into place, there is nothing to lock them arm rests themselves into place. SO, say you slide the left one as far right as you can go, and it fits your where you arm\elboy rest, but then you put the slightest weight ON the arm rest, and now it slides out. It feels like I am slipping just trying to temporarily lean one way or another. IF the 4 directional sliding could be locked into place, I would rate this chair a 5/5.
