Closing Craft Cup Lid

Great product

I ordered this for my daughter to replace the original lid that broke when the cup fell out of the cupboard onto our granite counter. She loves that this one closes. It's not airtight, but it will keep the contents contained long enough to grab the mug.

FINALLY!

As someone that often pedals to work with a DrinkTanks 20oz Craft Cup of coffee, I've long waited for a closing lid. My bike frame has some well-built 'racing stripes' of spilled coffee from the morning pedal in to work as the previous lids have the small opening for drinking so I spill a bit with every bump I hit on my bike. These closing lids fix that 100%. Even better, unlike every other closing lid in our home, these DrinkTanks closing lids come apart so you can clean and dry ALL the nooks and crannies. Thanks DT! Two types of lids, one clear winner

I ordered both the standard and closing lids to replace the original ones that I've managed to lose for both of my drinktanks. The standard one has been a revelation. A clear insulated upgrade from the original. The closing one (which also cost more) has been a disappointment. It feels cheap and the closing mechanism is very stiff. In retrospect I wish I had ordered two of the regular insulated covers instead.
