PDF Rectangle Top Pattern - Sewing Therapy

Great beginner/easy project.

I was inspired to buy this pdf because of all the different ways to make the top. It is such a clever design. And very easy to make in an afternoon. Also looks very stylish. I had to alter the arm holes as they were way too small and when I make another one I’ll make it longer in the body.

Marimekko Owl mash up

I made this top in an afternoon using scraps left over from other projects so I could highlight the Marimekko Owl.

Lovely pattern

The rectangle top is a lovely pattern and very straightforward to make. I could probably do it in a day if I had the time. I've still not finished it but it's very easy to pick up again after a bit of time away. I look forward to making other versions. I chose view 3 but should have lengthened it, it's too short for me. So I will add a bit of a contrasting fabric to make an elastic waistband. Many thanks Sara ☺️
