Loved the print so pretty but can't get my cat to scratch on it Thought it would h e up her nail don't know what to do Please HELP!

My order was trending late due to weather. Customer service assured me that the order was in route. Instead of doing nothing, they sent me a replacement order in the event the first order was lost.
