This is quality cat furniture! Worth the price and then some! My 2 cats love it. I did have to put it together twice because I installed the hammock upside down and didn't see the rubber non-skid pieces. It's footprint is small, modern looking, tree-like, well made and very pretty.

Wrong assembly instructions for my product

Once I figure out how to use the enclosed instructions, it will be great. But the wrong ones were included. I have a plastic bubble and a hammock but there is no hammock or bubble on the assembly instructions. I am going to access YouTube or the website to see if I can figure this out. And the image of the small box with two openings appears to be backwards on my instructions so I have to disassemble that piece and try to reassemble it so that it fits properly on the base. The quality of the wood is great, the parts, etc. but I have the wrong instructions - which means I may also be missing assembly pieces. I haven’t gotten that far yet.

Customer service/refund

The tower that I ordered was really awesome. It looked great. Has a minimalist design..(The exception of it being vertical.) as mentioned in previous reviews, the instructions could use some tweaking as I just watched the YouTube video. Which helped a lot. With one person though it still took a few hours to assemble. Only one rather large problem, my cat didn't use it or like it. However, I emailed them and was promptly refunded the full amount because I kept the original packaging..
