Good plan for in between races
I love this plan because it allows me to have a structured workout for inbetween races, not having to increase or decrease volume.
I love Ben Parkes's plans.

It’s very flexible which means you can swap runs in or out depending on your desired load. Great explanations and pace chart. Includes fun run variations so it doesn’t get boring. Used a marathon program first now maintaining.

Struggle without a race
I (like many more I’m sure) love nothing more than a race booked in the calendar, and a training plan to help me with everything but breathing and other general basic human functions.
So, after being injured and no race booked, I looked to Ben for some help with getting myself back to some sort of fitness in this maintenance phase.
Loved the approach of my current 5k time. Even if it’s slightly humbling how far I’ve dropped off! But has helped massively to temper my pace so I don’t lose motivation from blowing chunks after what should be an easy run! Thanks Ben!
