I was vacuum sealing bulk meat purchases from Costco for 20 years before I heard about Chef Preserve. It is so much easier to freeze not only the bulk meat purchases .But all kinds of left overs , lunch meat, and cheese can be kept fresher using the Chef Preserve vacuum sealer. The glass containers are great for leftovers either frozen or just keeping for a few days , yet vacuum sealed to improve freshness..The various sized glass containers are useful and the bags are small , medium, and large. The old way it was a project to just make the bags before filling and freezing. The Chef Preserve bags can be used several times before replacing. In short , been using this product about six months and it is great. No complaints of any kind.

I am using my bags over and over again. I love them. The entire system is so much easier to use and store than the previous market seals. Ordering every month is not necessary.

The ease of sealing anything we need to store. We've noticed a great reduction in food waste.
