Get this belt and get lifting!!

This belt! Since this is my first weightlifting belt, I ordered three different styles to compare. The Cyd Gillon belt was the clear winner, by far. The contoured sides felt secure (like a hug, honestly), the Velcro cinched tight with ease, and the roll bar locks everything where I want it. I wear this for heavy lifts and metcons, which makes it super versatile. It provides excellent support for bracing, while also giving my lumbar region a lot of love. Beyond the belt itself, the customer support was outstanding. Super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Ladies, look no further, this is the one!
