My 24" wraps are exactly what I needed. I recently sprained a wrist and wanted to continue powering through my workouts with minimal downtime or reduced intensity. These wraps are heavy duty and provide excellent stability. I will continue to use them for heavy, high intensity sets even after my wrist is healed.

The only ones who take the ache away by pulling thumb up i use them all the time and so do my employees in the flooring industry where we use our hands all day long cutting floors and carrying heavy boxes putting strain on wrists I recommend getting a pair and putting strap on thumb for an hour than off tuck strap in wrist wrap alternating as needed
