It appears to be an awesome product and awesome lifting belt, however even though I measured my waist according to the sizing chart around my navel which had me order a (large)35" to 41" when the belt arrived a large was definitely too big for me and I ended up have to do an exchange program to get a smaller (medium)size shipped out.
