Aarn Featherlite Freedom Pro Hiking Pack (Previous Season)

I owned a 11 years old freedom pack that's still in good condition but bought the freedom (200g lighter?) for an upcoming hike on the Grampians. Noticed that the waist belt of the pro is not as robust as the old freedom, preferred the divided bit on the dry bag of the old freedom. Might swap these two bits when I use the pro. Overall am happy with the purchase.😊

I am 72 and the Aarn Pack I bought is the difference between me completing an end to end on the Bibbulmun Track and not!! The after sales service from Backpacking Light Australia was a thing of memories!! Bronwyn did an excellent online job of explaining how my pack worked and fitting it to my frame. Highly recommend both company and product.

Another great pack from Aarn. It has the usual adjustment mechanisms that make it (a de)light to wear and keep your posture upright even when fully packed. Simple roll-top style mean there's no brain that gets in the way with wide brim hats. Simple and great.
