Cravings cut

Its still too early to tell the full effects of this supplement, but so far my cravings have cut down and I don't eat nearly as much during a meal and I have lost weight, but I am hoping it will help me get rid of this stubborn body fat I can never get rid of when trying new diets and supplements.

Took a couple of days for my body to get used to. At day 3, I took Inno Shred in the morning with a protein shake and didn't feel hungry until late in the afternoon. Seems to work as advertised but i do realize that ot takes the body about 3 weeks to see real results. We shall see...

Amazing Product!

This product has really helped me reduce unnecessary snacking at home on my days off and stick to my caloric deficit. With this product, I eat when I'm actually hungry and not when I'm bored. I've tried different appetite suppressants from GNC, but this one is by far the best!
