*NEW* Magic Itaki® Smart Bento JUMBO 2.0

Received the wrong product and the wrong power cord for my country. Have contacted support and sent them everything requested in the initial email. They promise 4 days max. Has been over a week and it seems im being ignored. I cant even use it as i dont have a cord. I hope they see fit to contact me soon or give me a refund😢

Brilliantly nifty invention i love using this!

I bought this as a gift for someone else after purchasing one for myself. Because of Christmas nobody has had time to use them yet, but I can't wait, it looks so much fun. It did take a little while to arrive but I was informed that was because it ws coming from the main supplier due to it needing a UK plug. But I will say customer services to Itaki via Shop were first class and they were helpful immediately looking into the order and letting me know what was going on. Im hoping in future to gift these to all of my friends as I love mine.
