Skins and Poles

I just did a short tour on my new G3 skins and they were noticeably lighter and compact for travel. Will need a few more tours to form a useful opinion. But one thing of note is that when I placed my order, it asked for width of skis and I responded 100, and they are 100 but I think that is kind of misleading because they are a tad narrow at the shovels and tails though I'm sure they will be okay. I just like to trim for most base coverage Point #2, I love my Pivot poles in so many way but today the latch that adjusts length broke, which had never happened to an adjustable pole before. Can you tell me what I need to do to get it repaired or replaced? Thanks, Ed
