WiO Chicken Pot Pie (5" Personal)

Shipping is expemsive for everything to arrive warm!!!!

I ordered the 5 inch chicken pot pie for my daughter on March 15. It appears it was shipped on March 17 and it was delivered on March 24. Upon opening the package, she discovered mold growing on the crust of the pie. She had to discard it. It seems cold packing for shipping needs to be improved upon in order to prevent this from happening. I love just about all the Wio products I have tried so far myself (I have never tried the pot pie) but also considering that the charge for shipping is as high as it is, I feel the cold shipping issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Thank you.
