I enjoyed listening. A wonderful reminder about what presence and mindfulness looks like. The regular pause at the sound of the bell is a practice I hope to incorporate into my daily routine. Thank you for the gift in December. A wonderful gift for the season.

Excellent lecture

Sound quality is good, despite this being the voice of a quiet lecturer in a large lecture hall. The content was -- as always -- wonderful. I especially liked the story about the chicken.
