The best organ mix I've found.
I've spent YEARS searching for a great organ mix. The issue is they have too little organs (<20%) & not grass-finished.
This one is both of those things. This is the highest organ blend I've ever seen and has the best blend ever (liver, heart & kidney).
People complain about the taste. But let's be honest, it's supposed to taste like organs. Just sauce it up!

This is a good blend but if you aren't used to organ meat, it may take some getting used to. When it is mixed 1 to 1 with their ground beef, I get no complaints from the pickiest eaters.

Great concept, but too high concentration of organs
I love that organs are blended into this ground beef: eating 1-2 oz (or even 0.5 oz) per day of grass fed organ meats is really good for you, but it takes some effort to prepare liver in a way that I will be motivated to eat. Having 3 different organ meats blended I to the ground beef is very convenient for me because I don't have to deal with organ meats separately from other meats. HOWEVER, the ratio of organ meat to other meat is too high for my taste. It still tastes pretty liver-y. I can mediate the liver taste by cooking a pound of this blend with 1-3 lbs of plain ground beef, or by cooking it with the right seasonings and serving it with a bunch of rice, and I prefer this to cooking my organ meats separately. But I do not think burger patties would work well with this blend. I would much prefer a blend with 1-2 oz of organ meat in each pound. Then, it will taste and smell better, but you're still getting a beneficial serving of organ meats with a half pound serving of ground beef.
