Center Cut Pasture Raised Pork Chops

We’ve always loved the pork chops—they’re hands down the best in the area. The flavor is still outstanding and they grill up beautifully every time. Recently, though, we’ve noticed a higher amount of fat and gristle with a bit less meat than before. They still taste great, but it’s something worth noting based on our recent purchases.
