1000% better than the copper chef skillets I had. Have not had 1 problem with this set potatoes and eggs fry up like with a good cast iron skillet with grease/oil, but without using any oil.

Cookwear

Purchased as a gift, I searched granite rock but only found granite stone.. I purchased graniterock cookwear yrs ago for my daughter & wanted another set for my son. I don't know what/how these stone cookwear will hold up BUT graniterock cookwear has held up for my daughter for MANY yrs now!! Time will tell.....
