Middle Started Sticking

Have had this skillet for a few months and the middle of the pan is no longer non-stick. I dont use metal utensils, I lean with safe chemicals and used how it was recommended. In the beginning, it cooked very well, but very frustrated now that everything sticks to the middle of the pan.

Quality is damaged or defected?

Ive been using this for a month now. A few things i have issues with. It unevenly heats across its bottom surface. Why does the center heat the fastest and hottest only? Why isnt it evenly across the entire bottom? Also, why is the center acting like a top of a hill? A lot of things fall to the side. Eggs, slice of butter or oil, etc. will fall off to the perimeter of the pan. The sides of the pan barely get hot. Is mine defected ? If this is the design of the pain it should be revamped because the quality is not worth $50. I had high hopes for this pan

Great for stir fry

Have only used it once & I love it. I was able to do a large batch of stir fry & not worry about it spilling over the edges when I stirred. The only draw back for me is that it is too large for a single person. Definitely a family size skillet.
