Great upgrade!

We’ve loved our single minimaker but this allows for batch cooking as well as full sandwiches. The plates have a little wobble to them, but I think that’s just because of the size and that doesn’t affect the cooking. First package came busted, so I easily got a replacement. Dash customer service is excellent

You can only make 2 waffles with what should be a 4 waffle maker

This waffle maker is a great idea in concept, but it lacks the interchangeable plates to actually make 4 waffles. The weird thing is that you can't buy extra waffle plates to allow you to make 4 at a time. No matter how many of the design plates you have, you can't buy the regular waffle plates to make 4. Also, if one of the regular plates ever gets damaged you can't buy replacement ones. This is a serious oversight on what would have been a great product otherwise.
