good price point but etching quality not quite there

Turnaround time and price point were very reasonable but the quality isn't quite there. I ordered two for Father's Day and the etching on the glass is very shallow so the image does not show up very well. Would have been much better if they etched the image deeper into the glass.

The picture is hardly visible. The etching is extremely light and lacks the clear definition shown in the product images. It does not look like what was advertised
