Cool fun idea, but over priced

My son loves toy cars, he has most of mine from my childhood, saw this on Instagram and immediately thought how cool of an idea it was... the customization process was simple but you cant chose the color car and its a cheap fake, like the type youd get at a dollar store, not a real hotwheels. For the $40 I paid itd be nice to get an actual diecast car but its cheap plastic. The lack of color choice is another ding we got black and my favorite color is blue... the printed image came out great and it came pretty quickly but the shipper literally showed up and threw it onto my doorstep, missed walked over picked it up and threw it Again to reach the actual step, then took a picture... I was home with the door open and a cam in plain view... not very impressed. However that shouldn't reflect on the product. It did come in a bag in a box inside of bubble wrap... so that helped defend against the lazy shipper... for the price the car should be better and you should get to chose the color

The order arrived past the date estimated for delivery. I ordered my item May 26 amd it did not arrive until June 23. Father's day came and went with no gift. Then to top it off, there was an option to select what color car/truck and make /model. The truck was correct but the color was wrong. Writing to customer service was pointless, as one person told me to attach a picture of my order to see what was incorrect and they would gladly make it right and then another person sent 2 emails telling me I was wrong and that there was not an option to choose a color. I know for a fact on the Facebook add I clicked on to place my order through, that color choice was an option, or I would not have ordered this product. Plus, the date for delivery had said it would be here before Father's day and it arrived almost a month after placing my order. The only reason I am goving 2 stars instead of 1, is because my husband didn't mind it being the wrong color or being late. He loved the Dad Wheels.

Looks great! Got it as a gift for my son. He is going to love it! Shipping took longer than expected and tracking was a little difficult. However, great gift ideal for car lovers! Thank you!
