Awkward to put on but does heat very well!

Personally I am not sure I like the heat on my crotch. I love the heat on sides pelvis and back. It's a bit awkward for me to velcro, a backwards diaper. I'm a bit bigger and my weight deposits in unhelpful ways into an apron belly. I bloat drastically throughout the day and over the weeks in my cycle. I did just have a hysterectomy in May 2026, so there is all that to contend with. I do wish the heat coils went all the way through the the velcro on the front, so there is coverage for a larger woman who still fits this onesize to get heat on her hips. I'd love a longer cord to avoid extension cords and be able to sit or lay on floor or on a piece of furniture that's a bit further from the wall. Many of these new cookie cutter build homes put sockets in useless places. Otherwise it does the job well.

I'm 5" 1' and 130~ish pounds. It is definitely a bit too big at times. Unless I'm bloated it's really only touching one side of my body. Either my back or my stomach depending upon how I lay in it.

customer service was immaculate

I want to say the customer service was immaculate. Product is helping my wife with her pains and we couldn’t be happier. The true highlight was the customer service however and I’m very grateful for my experience. Thank you!
