Teeth Whitening Pen

In fairness, it's only been about a week since I started using snow products again. That being said I feel like I noticed a difference within my first few applications the first time using their products. This time, not so much. I don't know it's not as potent before or something else, but for $40 for the 4ml size I feel like I should be seeing a little better results.

Not sure how to use.

I got this pen and it says to put on teeth then have led light for 30 minutes on your teeth. Where do I get led light? Can't use the light from toothbrush because there is no way to turn off vibration to just use light.
