The way customer service used to be

I accidentally ordered the wrong size collar. It was totally my fault. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I ended up with the correct collar. I will be a customer for life and tell everyone I can about this fantastic company.

The collar is nice a little stiff. Wish the nylon collars were available for a 12-15 inch. Everything I saw up to 12 inches and the next size started at 13 inches my pup is in between the 12-13 inch.

Bright red collar

We ordered a new Max and Neo collar to replace an older well worn Max and Neo collar and the new is just as good as the old one. Very nice collars.

The collar is nice a little stiff. Wish the nylon collars were available for a 12-15 inch. Everything I saw up to 12 inches and the next size started at 13 inches my pup is in between the 12-13 inch.
