Queen Mag = Premium Sleep

I was always skeptical that magnesium on the bottom of my feet before bed would help with sleep, but I decided to try it here. This roller is great and I have noticed a difference since starting to use it.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this, but I rolled this on my calves and feet when they were sore and they felt a lot better in the morning.
