Samsung’s website links led me to purchase an incorrect part requiring a restocking fee to return.
I bought a new house with an existing refrigerator that needed a filter change. I searched my fridge’s model number on your website and opened the user manual online to find the part number for the replacement filter. I clicked the link in the user manual that took me to a replacement filter in the parts store. I purchased the filter that the “official” website link led me to. The filter did not fit, and even though the packaging of the filter I purchased had the same part number as Samsung’s online user manual for my model refrigerator, that filter didn’t even come close to fitting. When I inquired about returning the filter, I learned that unless the filter was damaged or defective, it was going to cost a significant restocking fee to return the filter that I purchased following links on Samsung‘s official website. I found that to be very frustrating and I haven’t decided what to do yet. I really don’t think it’s appropriate for a customer to pay to return an item they bought in good faith from Samsung’s official website following links on that website to the parts pages. So, at some point, I’ll need to call Customer Service and inquire whether this unjustfied restocking fee can be waived.

Getting the proper Samsung water filter makes for better tasting water.
I ordered my Samsung water filters for my refridgerator off of the Samsung parts website thereby insuring I use the correct part for my appliance.

Wrong part listed
I found the part on your website according to my refrigerator model and ordered it. Turns out you’ve listed my refrigerator model on the wrong part and now want to charge me $12 to return it.
