Spanish Paprika Chèvre

So tasty. Our first try of Rebel cheeses. We bought our son an array for his birthday so we’re saving the others for his gathering, but the Paprika Spanish Chèvre was one we’d ordered and then you folks sent as a complimentary gift so we opened it right way. We had it on crackers and then I dolloped some on top of twice baked potatoes and it added a really nice flavor. It melted just enough to remain in place and creamy

Delicious decadence. This is my favorite of the vegan chèvres. The paprika is flavorful and a perfect balance. It’s not spicy, it’s simply rich flavor. I plan to order it regularly.

Great smokiness, paired it with a sesame cracker. Rebel always knocks it out of the park with the soft cheeses!
