Un café extrêmement polyvalent, idéal pour un espresso pur ou au lait, ainsi que pour les méthodes de préparation V60, Chemex ou Aeropress, etc. Un excellent café, quelle que soit la méthode choisie. Doux et légèrement fruité, avec une acidité très agréable qui préserve l'équilibre général. Il se marie parfaitement avec le lait. Un grand bravo à l'équipe Nordik pour ce formidable choix, torréfié à la perfection !
