*NEW* Magic Itaki® Bento GO - Smart Bento PRO 2.0

I am a loyal Itaki customer, and i normally have great results with their products. Today, I am using this unit for the second time, and there is clearly something wrong with the outlet, because I could not get this thing to turn on. I used a cord from another itaki device I own, and it didn’t alleviate the problem. It took me about 10 times to get the cord in and keep the unit still enough for it to cook. This is not the quality I am used to.

They gave me the wrong color, i received black instead of oak
