Lemon Wafer Cookies

Delicious lemon flavor

I don’t love most of the wafer flavors besides the chocolate dipped ones because I feel like they don’t have as much flavor, but these are bursting with a delicious lemon flavor. My favorite of the non dipped wafers for sure.

For Lemon Lovers

These are great on their own, and even greater dipped in Choc Zero's Lemon Curd. I like how each cookie is protected in it's own little package so they stay fresh and don't crumble.

Crunchy Good

I love wafers. Strawberry used to be my favorite, but then I got into the vanilla. I love lemon so when I saw the lemon wafers I had to try them. When I reached into the pantry I grabbed a couple of wafers thinking they were Vanilla. When I bit into one, I was surprised by the taste. I didn't care for it. It was supposed to be a Vanilla! Then I realized it was a lemon. I thought about the taste and tried the other one. It just wasn't what I expected for a lemon taste. I will be going back to the Vanilla for sure.
