Core V Long Sleeve

I am new to using Forme bra and clothing. I have found in a short time that wearing Forme had improved my posture from the start. I look forward to continued use and improvement reducing neck and shoulder pain along with overall better alignment.

There is a lot more compression compared to the bras. I prefer to wear this during workouts to help with my posture and prevent injury or pain. It was a bit difficult to get on at first and took some adjusting and getting used to. I will size up next time I order to see if this makes it more comfortable and less awkward.
