I bought this for an old clavicle injury that misaligns my posture and causes headaches. It has helped a lot at work(i am an RN and spend a lot of time on my feet). It reminds me to pull back my shoulders and engage my core. I am happy with the product and will be buying more.

I have horrible posture and for years my family has been on me to stand up straight. It always hurt. I tried back braces and certain stretches and nothing worked. I been using forme for 3 weeks now and I’ve noticed a difference. It doesn’t hurt to stand up straight. It does take some getting used to but after a while it’s quite comfy!
