I followed the size recommended by the company, but it is not a good fit.

Different from all the waist trimmer I bought. It snugs into my belly and doesn't roll down. Also has a detachable strap if you want it to use it. I chose 1 size smaller and it perfectly fits.
Hope the quality won't degrade after few washes.
