This size fits much better. The arm holes are still an issue but if I wear it over another shirt, it’s fine. My back feels much better!

Id appreciate having larger sizes available. It's not easy to sleep in. However, it definitely delivers on the pitch. Immediately can tell a difference.

I can literally feel the difference in my body soreness the second I have the core v in place! After a hard workout or a day of poor posture at work this shirt instantly relieves sore muscles. I did have to size up two sizes because it was extraordinarily tight on my biceps and I couldn’t get my normal size on.
