I go through phases when I sleep solid and others when I don’t. This works when my sleep is not great. I only had a few but have it with me for just in case.

II was sceptical having tried other magnesium supplements and felt absolutely nothing. But this one is different. My quality of sleep has improved loads I'm sleeping deeper and waking up less in the night, which as a menopausal woman is kind of a big deal. It's not cheap, but so worth it.
