Magnesium L-Threonate

I take 3 capsules before bed with Glycine and have experienced deeper sleeps with this mix. This is my 3rd bottle already and will continue to buy again.

I go through phases when I sleep solid and others when I don’t. This works when my sleep is not great. I only had a few but have it with me for just in case.
