I subscribe to Arnie's Pump Club and he makes a very good case for adding more beneficial fibre to your diet - I am getting about 3/4 of what I need by eating well, so a couple of scoops of this into my protein shake and I'm hitting my target. I barely notice it, no flavour - just a bit more grainy. As for how I'm feeling, I haven't noticed any change, assume it's helping behind the scenes, but it's not been long.
