I recently replaced my Bel Canto C and G strings with the Cannone and find them just as responsive. The tone on my cello is on the bright side and has lost the edginess it had when I first put them on. The break-in period was only a week.

This week I put on Larsen Il Connone warm and broad A and D, Larsen Magnacor Arioso G, and Larsen Il Cannone direct and focused C. This set works beautifully on my 1795 cello-excellent balance and beautiful tone all across this set. Could not be more pleased
