Wonderful Strings

The sound and clarity from these strings are fantastic. The responsiveness is great as well. Easy to play dynamically. I have tried several different string sets on my cello, including the Il Cannone, and these are by far the best. I highly recommend them. One issue I had was the D string in the set sounded fuzzy and muted, and was slow to respond. I had to order a replacement D string and that one is perfect. Checking to see if I can return just the defective string as it was part of a set. Hopefully it was just a one off in quality assurance. Definitely will stay with these Jargar Superior Cello strings though!

Great strings!

I'm really enjoying my new strings: they have the principal to sound gorgeously, allow me to play with nuance, and don't break my bank. Why aren't more cellists using them?

You can clearly make the PP sound blended with the surrounding sounds that you hear in your ears, and the FF is perfectly louder than the surrounding sounds.
