Pounce! Kit

I have spent hours of my life and so much money trying to find toys for my cats they don't get bored of after 1 day. This is the first thing I've found that they genuinely play with every day! The ability to create different "courses" by moving the arms and making it longer or shorter with more string keeps it interesting for them. This has been the best purchase for my kitties and I highly recommend it. My only feedback is that the auto-mode shuts off after about 4 minutes of run time which is way too short to be considered an auto-mode. if it ran for 10-15 minutes it would make more sense. But at the short length I just have to keep turning it on again

We have 8 cats raging in age from 3-8 years old all rescues. When I first put the Pounce out I had 5 of them ready to go. I use 6 pullies to be able to get them far enough away from each other. They lay on the string when they pounce and catch the lure and stop everything. I have to police them constantly to get off the string but they are loving it. I change the configuration up all the time. I am glad I have the velcro anchors because they move the pulleys all over without them and slow down the fun. I thought stringing through a short tunnel would be fun but then they jumped in the tunnel and laid on the string thus stopping the chase. I am looking for new ways to use this product. I have a way to use 3 rooms at once and that helps keep them from running into each other as well. Great idea for keeping indoor cats alert and active.

The lures that came with it were not what my cat was interested in. I had a bunch of old Neko Cat Flies that my cat adored, so I chopped off the string and attached a fishing snap so I could attach the toys easily and remove them without messing with the string. It worked for me. My cat adores his playtime now. Jumping around, hunting, sneaking. Letting him be the true hunter he is.
