Great customer service, love this product!

I received one of these awhile back and it sadly broke. I emailed the company and they said they’d since changed their materials to something stronger, and they very kindly mailed me a replacement. I’m delighted they did, because I love using my handle stash! I’m not always biking with a beverage, so I often use it to just throw things in — phone, keys, sunglasses case, spare bungee cord — and I’ve never had a problem with anything falling out. But it’s a special pleasure to use it for an iced coffee I might pick up while out and about :) I usually get a little drippage around the straw hole, but nothing catastrophic. I’m only ever biking on city streets, but I find this to be very secure and exactly what I was looking for!
