I am having trouble getting the space prepared. Our lawn grows lumpy so I can use it only after mowing the lawn. Otherwise the motor seems to overheat. I wondered if I could elevate the equipment on boards maybe.

I loved the whole idea since my dog loves to chase cars, trucks, and after chipmunks etc. But she's afraid of it. I'm working on that with her if not I'll probably donate to a rescue

Not as effective as I thought it would be. Dogs are interested but they have figured out how to step on the line in order to grab the flag thus making it hard to keep them entertained. Not worth the money.
