their was no tool and I received black and I ordered blue. The cardboard note was included in the box upon arrival. Why was I not notified that blue knee scooter was not being sent. Item is needed for surgery on the 10th. What compensation do I get for missing item and wrong color?? I need an answer from your company before assembly. I would rather have blue expedited if possible. Thanking you in advance for your cooperation. Seller has not sent return label
