California Garlic Granulated is excellent

This granulated garlic is the best alternative to fresh that I have ever found. Mind you, I like garlic (a lot!). I add it in when cooking, then leave the bottle out on the table for a shake or two - its very much like the taste of fresh, only no fuss, no muss!
