Something new

I have used Steel City products for a while now. I started with the Pierogi Salt (I use it in meat pierogi filling, awesome), and branched out from there. Black and Gold was very good on roasted asparagus (added some extra garlic powder), hamburgers on the flat top and I tried a little on popcorn! It will be a staple in my pantry from now on.

Just smokey enough

We really love the black and gold in our household. It's salty and smokey enough for umami flavor without being overpowering. It levels up flavor fast!
