This recipe base had me at sundried tomato. I adjusted the recipe around to match what i was looking for with my meal plan and it did not disappoint. Every bite I never wanted it to end.

Very, very good!

I added a few more vegies than suggested and had half with pasta and half with rice over the week. It tasted better each day. Highly recommend this one.
